This position is an initial 12 month contract with a view to permanent.About the RoleBe instrumental in evaluating and implementing various IT solutions across the business by engaging internal stakeholders to understand needs and match external available market solutions;Provide technical leadership and oversight within the organisation;Lead Transmin’s journey towards digital transformation and continuous improvementManage external supplier relationships for third party software including ongoing development work;Assist in the determination of requirements by working with stakeholders, including the facilitation of workshops and stakeholder interviews;Translate functional business requirements into accurate documentation and process flow, either directly or by using third parties;Provide timely and accurate weekly reporting to management on ongoing projects;Manage and negotiate with external providers.About YouIn-depth understanding of business processes, software solutions and implementation;Sound understanding of Agile or equivalent methodologies;Excellent general IT skills including Microsoft Office;Adept at working within an enterprise level ERP, notably MS Dynamics NAV;Previous exposure to MS Dynamic CRM and Sharepoint;Previous experience in leading companies in their digital transformation journey advantageous.An ability to plan and work independently;High level of initiative, problem solving and organisational skills;Excellent communication and presentation skills;Broad commercial and financial acumen.
